These Terms of Service govern use of The Molly Pocket Games, a personal crossword website created for a birthday celebration. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Personal Project

The Molly Pocket Games is a personal, non-commercial project for invited friends and guests. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to The New York Times Company.

Accounts

You may use a username/password account or Google Sign-In if those options are enabled. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

Acceptable Use

Please use the site respectfully. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user’s account or puzzle progress.
• Interfere with the site’s authentication, sync, or hosting systems.
• Abuse registration, password reset, or email verification features.
• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity.

Puzzle Progress

The site may save your crossword progress, timer, settings, checked or revealed squares, pencil marks, rebus entries, and completion state so the experience can continue across sessions and devices. Gameplay data is used to operate the site and is described further in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. Because it is a personal project, features may change, break, pause, or be removed. We will try to keep it working smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect availability.

Content And Intellectual Property

The site’s custom presentation, code, and Molly Pocket Games branding are part of this personal project. Crossword clues, puzzle data, reference styles, names, and other materials may belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by using the site.

Account Suspension Or Removal

We may suspend or remove access if necessary to protect the site, other users, or the birthday experience.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these Terms of Service as the site changes. The “Last updated” date will be changed when updates are made.
